We may collect your data on the website https://www.pimcity-h2020.eu/ through the use of cookies for statistical purposes. The website address from which you visited us from (if any), the parts of our website that you visit, the date and duration of your visit, your pseudonymised IP address (only the first 16 bits of the address in a A.B.0.0/16 format), information about the device (device type, operating system, screen resolution, default language, and web browser type) you used during your visit, and the country you are visiting from –derived from your IP address. We are allowed to process it in case you give us a consent (on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation). 1 month.
Even though it is less likely, we may also process your data for processing queries, requests or complaints submitted by you in order to handle them, as well as to engage in legal proceedings related to  you.

 

Name, surname, e-mail address, query, request or complaint, our correspondence and documents that are necessary for handling the particular query, request or complaint or for engaging in legal proceedings related to you. We are allowed to process it on the basis of legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation. 5 years.

  • We host the website in our premises, and we manage it ourselves. We do not use any third-party cookies and services.
